For any of the UK based oppo collective, this saturday the Wyedean rally is running near Gloucester, and in the Forest of Dean.

That's pretty cool. I was just at a rally in Maniwaki Quebec, Canada myself. It was fun, but man, it was really really cold.

Ha yeah, I went to the Wyedean a couple of years back, and my overriding memory is the cold. Its supposed to be showers tomorrow too, so likely to be cold and wet. Yay :/ the glamorous life of a motorsport fan...

Here on the day of the rally it was about -15C. That brings certain advantages, like no rain at that temp!!

Thanks man we try! I think my forebearers were even tougher. I couldn't fathom living here with no electricity.

It was that cold, all the local Canuckians kept coming up to me and calling me mad. A few even asked to have their photos taken with me, which was kinda weird. I kept warm by running laps around the service park and doing other physical things. I'm lucky enough to have very high cold tolerance so long as I'm active (flip side is I sweat like a mother when it's humid though)
